Heatherton Residential Current Projects

March Developments is working alongside the consortium to promote this 45 acre site for residential development. 

The consortium comprises Miller Homes, William Davis and Miller Gadsby (Heatherton). 

A planning application has been submitted for c. 400 houses alongside a new primary school.  Planning will be secured in 2025.
