We work closely with Local Authorities and other Agencies to encourage local employment and training opportunities for each project placing an emphasis on local labour and materials sourced from local suppliers to reduce the carbon footprint.
March Developments works closely with occupiers and investors to deliver a sustainable and energy efficient development which utilises leading accreditation such as BREEAM and PlanetMark.

At March Developments we are always seeking new opportunities from land without planning consent to existing sites with development potential to the acquisition of income generating properties with scope for restructuring and redevelopment.
We can quickly assess potential projects allowing us to make an informed and timely decision. Once we commit to a project we deploy our focused time and resources to its successful delivery.
We work on an open book and partnership basis with occupiers, stakeholders, landowners and investors to deliver successful developments that meet their aspirations and requirements.
Whilst undertaking our own developments we also work on a joint venture basis and in addition can undertake a role as development manager.

Infinity Park Derby
Infinity Park Derby spans 100 acres and is located to the south of the is the East Midlands’ premier advanced manufacturing and logistics location.
Spanning 100 acres, the Park is located to the south of the city, next to the world headquarters of Rolls-Royce Civil Aerospace and within 15 minutes of blue chip OEMs such as Toyota, Alstom and JCB.
